Protecting Home and Health
Being able to offer clients a system that delivers so many benefits is great. Problems with moisture is not new and certainly not limited to woodframe or prefab buildings, but often it is downplayed by contractors or underestimated by home owners. I see, however, that this is changing and that contractors and homeowners are looking for solutions that prevent moisture-related problems.
Our goal is for MoistureGuard to bring peace of mind to clients and actual protection of home and health.

MoistureGuard technology originates from the Czech Technical University (ČVUT) and the Research Center for Energy Efficient Buildings (UCEEB) and is the result of a multi-year project focused on the effects of moisture in wood and its effective measurement. MoistureGuard was established in 2019 to commercialize and further develop the technology.
We specialize in the development, installation and data evaluation of a unique system of continuous monitoring of humidity directly integrated into the building structure of woodframe or wood prefab houses. Our system identifies all sources of humidity/moisture problems, not only leaks in the pressure water system. We monitor data continuously and report obvious problems like a burst pipe, but also more subtle problems like long-term condensation or small leaks otherwise undetectable.
With more than 300 installations and four years of data collection, MoistureGuard continuously monitors building humidity to ensure:
